According to Chief Ronnie Adams, on 8/30/15 at 4:00 p.m., officers responded to the City Park on Foster Ave. for a disturbance call. Officers made contact with the person causing disturbance. When asked to leave the park, the suspect refused. Officers arrested 26-year-old Marcus Green of Portageville for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Green was transported to the Pemiscot County Jail, later released after posting a $500.00 cash bond...
