On Monday, Sikeston Department of Public Safety Director Drew Juden turned over the keys to a 1989 fire truck to those in charge of Three Rivers College's fire training program. The vehicle, declared as surplus property by the city of Sikeston more than a year ago, has an estimated value of about $10,000.
