Scott City man facing felony drug charges

BENTON, Mo. - A Scott City man is in custody on drug charges. Michael J. Baumgart, 47, is charged with the felonies of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter, on Friday, deputies went to an address just outside of Scott City for a drug investigation.
