HAYTI, Mo. -- Author Lydia Mae Wilsey announces the nationwide release of her new, Christian novel, "The Thread That Connects Us All," where she shares a compelling story revealing God's supernatural love and presence in every life.

In "The Thread That Connects Us All," Umar flees as his mother is killed as a blood sacrifice to the god of a village long lost in the Kalahari Desert. The young man runs into the night toward the land where the sun rises, hoping to escape the engulfing darkness in the land where light is born.

On the other side of the globe, Milly Stone dreams of a boy pursued by evil, ever since she was a little girl. The memory of that dream never leaves her as she grows up in her sheltered town in Georgia. Stone, who is forever linked to this man and his people, develops a burning desire to find the people in her dreams. At 17, she books a one-way flight to Africa.

Witness how two hearts are knit together to accomplish God's extraordinary will in Wilsey's "The Thread That Connects Us All."

Wilsey started writing her first novel at 13, when she was prompted by a homeschool assignment. The author's first love was reading books until she met the Savior. Now, she writes to bring glory to Jesus, with a core understanding that God is love. She believes that with this truth, all things are possible as we love God and people.
