Wyatt and Will Stinnett are also known as Double Take, performed on June 1, in Portageville at the annual shrimp boil put on by Steve and Lynn Kellams. With over 200 people in attendance, Double Take along with special guests Landon DeLisle and Olivia Walker played two sets of music.

The duo placed a tip jar on stage and the attendees contributed $700.00 for their performances. All proceeds from the concert have been donated to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in hopes to find a cure for Type 1 diabetes, a disease Double Take lives with every day, Wyatt diagnosed at 4 and Will at 5 years of age.

(Double Take) has been invited to perform at the Shawnee Hills Opry in Anna, Il on June 15, at 7:30. They are the opening act for the show and the show is already sold out. The owner of the Opry is Steve Hornbeak who is a professional musician, keyboard player. This Opry is his give back to his community.

Also, the boys will perform at the Portageville Community days event on June 29 in the park. Oliva Walker will kick off the evening of music and then Double Take will take the stage and open for the Jon Dunn Band.

“I think this information will help to positively promote Community Day in the park. I think the Jaycees are doing good things in the community by bringing in local talent for this event,” said Chris Stinnett.
